Be Strong in the Lord – Part 5

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.”

Ephesians 6:10 NKJV

III. Be Strong in Overcoming (Ephesians 3:16; 1 John 2:14)

We can have overcoming spiritual strength…

1. …that can overcome all of our spiritual/invisible enemies.

Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

Romans 8:37

2. …that is available through Christ who gives us strength. (Phil 4:13; Eph 3:16)

3. …is a must for the believer to firmly stand. (John 16:33; Eph 6:10-13)

4. …is imparted to us through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit but we must lay hold of it. (Eph 3:16; Hebrews 12:2; Eph 6:10-12)
