Well Done, Good and Faithful Servant – Part 1

Every believer should live a faithful life to the Lord.

So he who had received five talents came and brought five other talents, saying, ‘Lord, you delivered to me five talents; look, I have gained five more talents besides them.’ His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ He also who had received two talents came and said, ‘Lord, you delivered to me two talents; look, I have gained two more talents besides them.’ His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’” Matthew 25:20-23 NKJV 20

I WE SHOULD LIVE A FAITHFUL LIFE TO THE LORD BECAUSE THE LORD IS FAITHFUL TO US

Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23 NKJV

II WE SHOULD LIVE A FAITHFUL LIFE TO THE LORD BECAUSE WE WILL GIVE AN ACCOUNT OF OUR ENTIRE CHRISTIAN LIFE

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad” II Corinthians 5:10 NKJV

III WE SHOULD LIVE A FAITHFUL LIFE TO THE LORD BECAUSE FAITHFULNESS BRINGS GOD’S FULL BLESSINGS

And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God: “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.” Deuteronomy 28:2,6 NKJV

IV WE SHOULD LIVE A FAITHFUL LIFE TO THE LORD BECAUSE WE WILL BE CONTINUALLY USED BY THE LORD

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. 5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” John 15:4-5 NKJV
