Message: The resurrection of Christ is proclaiming some powerful messages to us!
But Now Christ is Risen from the dead, and has become the first fruits of those who have fallen asleep.” I Corinthians 15:20 NKJV
I. THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST PROVES THAT JESUS CHRIST IS GOD
…and declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead. Romans 1:4 NKJV
II. THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST PROCLAIMS THAT GOD HAS ACCEPTED THE SACRIFICE OF CHRIST
….who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification. Romans 4:25 NKJV
III. THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST MEANS WE CAN HAVE SPIRITUAL LIFE
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live”. John 11:25 NKJV
“And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),” Ephesians 2:1,5 NKJV
IV. THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST MEANS WE CAN HAVE AND EXPERIENCE CHRIST’S RESURRECTION POWER IN OUR LIVES
. . . that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,” Ephesians 1:18-20 NKJV
