To live a consistent, full Christian life, we must live a life by the Holy Spirit

I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.” Galatians 5:16 NKJV

“But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.”  Galatians 5:18 NKJV

“If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.” Galatians 5:25 NKJV

I LIVING BY THE SPIRIT MEANS HEARING THE VOICE OF THE SPIRIT

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.”  Revelation 2:7 NKJV

II LIVING BY THE SPIRIT IS RELYING / DEPENDING UPON THE SPIRIT

And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever —” John 14:16 NKJV
