Message: A life of faith is a life of looking to the Lord and trusting Him
III A LIFE OF FAITH WILL BE EXPRESSED AND MANIFESTED BY OUR POSITIVE ACTIONS AND DEEDS
Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead. But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.” James 2:17-18 NKJV
“Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect?” James 2:22 NKJV
IV A LIFE OF FAITH SHOULD PROGRESS TO A GREAT AND MATURE FAITH
For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”” Roman 1:17 NKJV
“Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! . . .” Matthew 15:28 NKJV
“….night and day praying exceedingly that we may see your face and perfect (mature) what is lacking in your faith?” I Thessalonians 3:10 NKJV
